IF YOU HAVE GOOGLE FIBER, Spectrum, AT&T OR GVTC AS YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER. 

 

THEY HAVE IMPLEMENTED A SECURITY FEATURE THAT WILL CAUSE SUPREME AND SUPREME TIVIMATE NOT TO WORK PROPERLY OR WILL BUFFER AND WILL BE UNWATCHABLE.  YOU WILL HAVE TO INSTALL A VPN ON YOUR DEVICES OR SEE IF THEY HAVE AN APP THAT YOU CAN TURN OFF THE SECURITY FEATURES.

For those that use AT&T internet, they have made a change recently that affects IPTV connections. You will need the AT&T Home Manager app and navigate to App Preferences and toggle off the "Enable Security " setting. (Disable security)

 

 

open the at&t smart home manager app on your phone, 

 

click on Home Network Hardware

 

click on Wifi Gateway

 

click on Advanced Settings below

 

click on Firewall tab

 

click on security options

 

click on user disable security options

 

close the AT&T Smart Home Manager

 

Restart our application

 

**For Spectrum**

Spectrum has put security on their systems that block IPTV. That's why we asked if what ISP you had. Try this fix now.

Download the Spectrum App on your phone

Click Services Option on bottom

Click Security Shield option and then Turn off security.

Unplug your Wi-Fi router for 60 seconds then plug it back in after you turn off the the security for spectrum
