To install the new SetPlex Norago application its best to do the following:
You have to uninstall the old Soplayer application completely from your devices after going to settings and manually logging out of all Soplayer apps on all of your connected devices. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT OR ELSE WHEN YOU LOG IN YOU TO THE NEW NORAGO YOU WILLL GET AN ERROR STATING THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE TOO MANY CONNECTIONS AND THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET AND YOUR DEVICE CONNECTIONS WILL NEED TO BE RESET!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4. Scroll down to Soplayer and Uninstall or if you have android devices go to your settings and all apps and uninstall AFTER YOU MANUALLY LOG OUT OF SOPLAYER ON EACH DEVICE. VERY IMPORTANT.
To install your SetPlex Norago app :
For newer firesticks and Fire Tvs Do the following
Unhide Amazon Fire TV’s “Developer Options” Menu
To reveal the Developer Options menu, first, select the gear icon on your Fire TV’s home screen. This will open the settings menu.
In settings, choose “My Fire TV.”
Select "My Fire TV."
In the “My Fire TV” menu, select “About.”
On the “About” page, select the first item (which is your Fire TV device’s name) seven times. When you do this, you’ll see a countdown at the bottom telling you when the menu will be unlocked.
Select the Fire TV device name seven times.
Once the countdown message says “No Need, You Are Already a Developer,” then your Developer Options menu is unlocked.
Head back one screen to the “My Fire TV” page and you’ll see the newly unhidden “Developer Options” menu.

On Amazon devices :To sideload the Norago app you have to do the following:
1. Sign into your amazon device an scroll over to Settings and then Click on Then Scroll to My Fire TV
2. Click on Developer Options and then Click on Apps from Unknown Sources to turn the feature on.
3. Click on home button and then Scroll right to Apps and then click on Categories and scroll down to Utilities and click on Downloader App(Orange Icon)
4. Download the app and install and then launch
5. Click Allow Downloader to have access to files, photos and such....
6. Using the Downloader app at home screen type in the code 399705 or link bktek.xyz/norago311.apk for direct download
Make sure that you give permissions for all apps to access files, photos, videos on your devices.
To log into your account :
On Amazon FireTV & Android Devices - When you open the Norago app enter your username/password and Provider ID listed above
On Iphone/Ipad, Macbook, Windows PC, Smart TV - When you open the Norago app enter your username/password and Provider ID listed above

Norago is also available on some late model Tvs such as Samsung, any device that can install SetPlex Norago will work.
IP Address Limitations
Bktek SetPlex Norago serviceis usable on 1 home internet connection or Wi-Fi network for all 5 devices on the plan. Attempting to use SetPlex Norago service in multiple different homes across multiple different internet connections will result in an "unauthorized IP address" error. This is an automatic system security protocol, not a rule enforced by us. If you see this error, please contact support at www.bktek.xyz. You can avoid this error by only using your devices from 1 home network. Additionally, cell phones using 4G data can be used anywhere, as long as they are not connected to a Wifi outside of the home network where your televisions are activated. If you want to use a device anywhere on any wifi without restriction, it needs to be the only device activated on the account.
We do not recommend using any paid third party VPN solutions as they typically do not allow you to use the same IP and will end up triggering an “unauthorized IP address error.” To clarify this includes VPNs such as Nord, IPVanish, or Tunnelbear.
