If you receive No Information in your Tivimate application Then do the following:
To deal with this go into Tivimate,
go to Settings,
go into EPG,
change the “Keep EPG” settings from 7 days to 2 days
Change The setting to ON for "Auto Update on Launch" and " Auto Update on Playlist update"
click "Clear EPG".
Then click "Update EPG"
That will take care of the No information issue
