Follow the steps below to Delete your tivimate app and install latest version :
From main firestick menu go to settings
Applications
Manage installed apps
Tivimate
Clear data 2x
Force Stop
Click Uninstall
Then Go to home screen and if you already have downloader installed on your device then do the following:

On Amazon devices :To sideload the Tivimate app you have to do the following:
1. Sign into your amazon device an scroll over to Settings and then Click on Then Scroll to My Fire TV
2. Click on Developer Options and then Click on Apps from Unknown Sources to turn the feature on.
3. Click on home button and then Scroll right to Apps and then click on Categories and scroll down to Utilities and click on Downloader App(Orange Icon)
4. Download the app and install and then launch
5. Click Allow Downloader to have access to files, photos and such....
6. Using the Downloader app and type in the link

Make sure that you give permissions for all apps to access files, photos, videos on your devices.
Once you install the apps they will be at the bottom of your All Apps on amazon device. To find them hold down the home button to bring up the shortcuts and then click on apps. Scroll down to the bottom to find Tivimate . Click on the icon then click options button and then click move or Pin to the front . This will bring the apps to the front of your main screen so they will be easy to find.
On Android Devices: To sideload the Tivimate app you have to do the following:
1. Open a browser on your device

3, Go to your downloads folder and then click on the APK to install
Follow the steps below to integrate IPTV Service in TiviMate:
1. Open TiviMate App and then go to Settings click Add Playlist
2. Click Xtream Codes Login and Input your XC Provider Server Address -
3. Then input your User name and Password and Click Next
4.Wait for playlist to process. If you get an error message then you put information in wrong. It has to be exactly how it was sent above.
5.You will then see Playlist is processed message with Channel count and your Playlist name. Click Next.
6.Click Done. TV Guide will import and you are able to start viewing! (This may take about 3-5 minutes)
If you have a tivimate premium subscription then you will have to find your information and then go to settings in tivimate and Unlock premium.
Navigation
Navigating this app is a breeze when using your streaming device’s remote. If using a Firestick, the following options are available:
Select Button: Opens Channel
Back Button: Shows Groups/Return to Guide
Left Button: Scrolls to Previous Program
Right Button: Scrolls to Next Program
Up Button: Scrolls Up through Channels
Down Button: Scrolls Down through Channels
Rewind Button: Scrolls Channels Up without changing channel
Fast Forward: Scrolls Channels Down without changing channel
