Options To fix Premium Addon
1. Reset device. remember that unplugging the device does not reset anything. If you have a firestick you have to do a hard reset by holding down select button and play button for 10 secs.
2. Launch Tivimate and Check settings for Premium unlock and then input your username email and password if necessary. If this does not work then you do next step.
3 Go to device settings and applications and Tivimate and clear the cache and then force stop and then go to tivimate settings and unlock premium.
4. If that doesn't work then you will have to go to your device settings and then application and tivimate and clear Data .
5. Launch Tivimate and Check settings for Premium unlock and then input your username email and password
