Navigation

Navigating this app is a breeze when using your streaming device’s remote. If using a Firestick, the following options are available:

• Select Button: Opens Channel
• Back Button: Shows Groups/Return to Guide
• Left Button: Scrolls to Previous Program
• Right Button: Scrolls to Next Program
• Up Button: Scrolls Up through Channels
• Down Button: Scrolls Down through Channels
• Rewind Button: Scrolls Channels Up without changing channel
• Fast Forward: Scrolls Channels Down without changing channel

After playing a Channel, clicking the select button will generate various options:

It is important to note that many of the features within TiviMate are not available for those who choose to use the free service.

There is both a premium version and free version of the software available for use. However, we highly suggest purchasing a premium account for a much more enjoyable experience.

The premium option includes the following features not available with the free version:

How to hide Groups in Tivimate Premium

1. Scroll left to categories or groups
2. Hold down the select button on any group
3. Click Hide Group or
4. Scroll down to Manage Groups
5. Click on what groups you want to manage such as TV
6. Scroll down and Uncheck all groups you want to Hide
7. Hit back button to go back to main Guide

How to sort Groups by name, Manually or by playlist

8. Hold down Select button on any channel or group and options on right side will pop up
9. Scroll down to Manage Groups
10. Click on what groups you want to manage such as TV
11. Click on Groups Sorting and then make a selection
12. Hit back button to go back to main Guide

How to reorder Channels in a group (move channels around)

13. Hold down Select button on any channel or group and options on lright side will pop up
14. Click on Reorder channels
15. Click on OK (select) to highlight channel that you want to move. It will start flashing white
16. Move channel up or down in your category
17. Click select to lock channel
18. Back button back out to main menu

How to Add Favorites

Hold down Select button on any channel in the guide and  options on right side will pop up

Scroll down to add favorites

Scroll down to next channel you want as a favorite and do the same as above
